That in all fuch Cafes the faid Willia?n Neave, Marmaduhe Coghill, Morley Saunders, Samuel ^^"'hefSd w'il-' Dapping, John UJher, and Stephen Ludloiv, their Heirs, Executors, Adminiftrators, and Afligns, fhall jjgjve, &c. to have, hold, and receive the tenth Part of the faid Rent in Lieu and full Satisfaction of the faid Tythes, leceive a tenth' during the Continuance of the faid Leafe or Leafes thereof, and after Expiration of fuch Leafe or Leafes Part of tlie Rent,- refpectively, the full Tythes in Kind, or fuch Modus as have or hath been legally fettled in Lieu thereof; ^<=' in Truft neverthelefs for and to the Ufes, Intents, and Purpofes in the faid firft recited Act mentioned. IV. And be it hereby declared and enafted.
