Part thereof, to any other; which being notified in the Office of the Auditor of the Receipt aforefaid, and an Entry or Alemorial thereof alio mnde in the Book of Regiftry aforefaid for Orders, (which the OfHcers fhall, uponRequeft, without Fee or Charge, accordingly make) {hall entitle fuch Afilgnee, his Executors, Affignee may af- Admiiiiftrators and AfTigns, to the Benerlt thereof, and Payment thereon ; and fuch Affignee rriay in like figuagiiiu Manner aflign again, and fo f3i;w^«ij!'.>'i.'j-, and afterwards it ftiall not be in the Povver of fuch Perfon or Perfons, who have or hath made fuch Allignmcnt, to make void, releafe, and difcharge the fame, or any the Monies thereby due, or any Part thereof. And wiiercas in and by the faid Aft of the fifth Year of her faid Majefly's Reign, a Credit ' was given for any Sums not exceeding eight hundred twenty-two thoufand three hundred eighty-one ' Pounds fifteen Shillings and fix Pence Farthing, to be borrowed at an Intereft, after the Rate of fix ' Pounds ^tT Centum per Annum, upon the feveral Subfidies, Impofitions, and Duties in that Aft men- ' tioned ; and the Lord High Treafurer, or any three or more of the Commi/Tioncrs of the Treafury for ' the Time being, are thereby authorized and direfted to caufe the Officers of the Exchequer to receive ' from time to time, by Way of Loan, at the like Litereft at the faid Receipt, any further Sum or Sums ' of Money over and above the faid Sum of eight hundred twenty-two thoufand three hundred eighty-one ' Pounds fifteen Shillings and fix Pence Farthing, as fliould be fufficient to make good the Payment of all ' the interefl: Monies appointed or allowed by that Aft, every three Months, until the Subfidies.
