For and upon every Barrel of Vinegar, Vinegar Beer, or Liquors preparing for Vinegar, which flaall be Vinegar, brewed or made of any Englijh or Foreign Materials, by any Perfon or Perfons whatfoever, for Sale, and fo in Proportion for a greater or lefler Quantity, to be paid by the Maker thereof, nine Pence.
