Provided always, and it is hereby declared, Tliat if it happen that feveral Tallies of Loan, or Or- what Jhall not ders for Payment, as aforefaid, bear Date, or be brought the fame Day to the Auditor of the Receipt to be interpreted be regiftred, then it fhall be interpreted no undue Preference which of thofe he cntred firft, fo as he ™'^"= P'<=- enters them all the fame Day. XL And be it further enafted, That all and every Perfon and Perfons to whom any Money fhall be Grtos afilBii. due for Loans to be regiftred by Virtue of this Aft, after Order entred in the Book of Regifter, as afore- * ^' faid, his Executors, Adminiftrators or Affigns, by proper Words of Ailignment, to be indorfed and writ- , ten upon his Order, may affign or transfer his Right, Title, Litereft and Benefit of fuch Order or any Part thereof, to any other, which being notified in the Office of the Auditor of the Receipt aforefaid, and an Entry or Memorial thereof alfo made in the Book of Regiftry aforefaid, for Orders, which the Officer fliall, upon Requeft, without Fee or Charge accordingly make, fhall entitle fuch Aflignee, his Executors, Adminiitrators and Affigns, to the Benefit thereof, and Payment thereon ; and fuch Affignee may, in like Manner, affign again, and fo toties quoties ; and afterwards it flaall not be in the Power of fuch Perfon or Perfons who have or hath made fuch Affignment, to make void, releafe and difcharge the fame, or any the Monies thereby due, or any Part thereof. ' thoufand Pounds, to be borrowed upon thofe A£l:s refpeftively, at an Intereft after the Rate of fix Pounds ' per Centum per Annum, upon the feveral Subfidies, Impofitions, and Duties in the fame Afts refpeftively ' mentioned; and the Lord High Treafurer, or any three or more of the Commiffioners of the Treafury ' for the time being, are by the fame A£l:s refpeftively authorized and direfted to caufe the Officers of the ' Exchequer to receive from time to time, by way of Loan, at the like Intereft, at the faid Receipt, any
- further Sum or Sums of Money, as fhould be fufficient to make good the Payment of all the Intereft

' Impofitions, and Duties therein mentioned fhould come into the Exchequer, and be fufficient for that
