An All for rendring the Laws mors effectual for preventing the Importation of Foreign Bone Lace^ Loom Lace, Needle-warht Point and Cut-work, three Months after the Prohibition of the Woollen Manufadtures in Flanders fhall be taken off. WHEREAS great Complaints are daily made of the Decay of the Woollen Manufaftures in this Kingdom, to the Impoverifhment of many thoufands of poor Families : And whereas by Expe- rience it is found, that an Ai£t made in the ninth and tenth Years of his now Majefty's Reign, intitu- led, Ati ASi for rendring the Latvs more effeSlual, for preventing the Importation of Foreign Bone Lace, Loom 9 S: lo w, 3, Lace, Needte-work, Point and Cut-work, has been one great Caufe thereof, by being the Occafion that our Woollen Manufaftures are prohibited to be imported into Flanders :' For Remedy therefore of the Mifchief aforefaid, be it enabled by the King's mofl: Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Con- ' fent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this prefent Parliament affembled, and by the Authority of the fame. That at the End of three Months, to commence from the Time of taking off the Prohibition of the Englifn Woollen Manufaftures in Flanders, the faid Ail, and every Claufe, Matter, and Thing therein contained, fhall be and become hereby repealed, determined, and of no Force. .Repealed.
