And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That all and every Perfon and Perfons, Natives s . lll, T" i1 '^? er " or Foreigners, Bodies Politick or Corporate, by or for whom fuch Subfcriptions fhall be made as aforefaid, 1 jnthe'soutn-* and for which the Pay-tickets fhall be delivered up as aforefaid, his, her and their Executors, Adminiftra- sea increafed tors, Succeffors and Affigns refpectively fliall have and enjoy, and be entitled to have and enjoy, of and in Stock, the faid increafed Capital or Joint Stock of the faid Company, fuch refpective Shares as are herein after- mentioned, that is to fay, For the faid Term of twenty-three Years and three Quarters of a Year, fo fub- feribed, of and in every or any fuch Annuity, a Share to be computed after the Rate of eleven Years and an Half, amounting to eleven Pounds ten Shillings for every twenty Shillings per Annum, and .proportionally for fuch greater or leffer Annuities; and for every Sum of Money fo fubferibed, as Part of the faid Sum, computed to amount to one hundred fixty-eight thoufand feven hundred forty-eight Pounds and five Shillings, in Arrear as aforefaid, a Share equal to the Amount of the Sum fo fubferibed; and in refpect of fuch Shares fhall be deemed and taken to be Members of the faid Corporation of the faid Governor and Company of Mer- chants of Great Britain trading to the South-Seas and other Parts of America^ and for encouraging the Fifhery; and be incorporated into the fime; and fhall, in proportion to the fame Shares refpectively, have and be entitled to the like Powers and Benefits, Privileges and Advantages, as other Members of the faid Corporation do or ought to enjoy in .refpect of their Shares in the faid Stock, (except as herein after is excepted). Pounds, or fo much thereof as fhall remain after fuch Deductions, Defalcations and Abatements as are 6 Geo. 1. c. 10. hereafter in and by this Act allowed to be made out of or from the fame; fuch Payment to be made by fuch Proportions and at fuch Times as are herein after appointed for Payment thereof; (that is to fay) one full and equal Moiety or Half-part thereof on or before the thirtieth Day of July one thoufand feven hundred Tirres of Fay. and nineteen, one full and equal Quarter or fourth Part of the whole Sum on or before the one and thirtieth msnt> Day of October one thoufand feven hundred and nineteen, and the remaining full and equal Quarter or fourth Part of the faid whole Sum fo to be paid by the faid Corporation, and in full Payment thereof, on or before the one and thirtieth Day of January one thoufand feven hundred and nineteen..
