The " The King in Council may order Ships corning from infeiSted Places, or laden with Goods from fuch " Places, or having on board any infected Perfon, to be burnt. On Proof made on Oath of the Matter, " &c. that any Ship has performed Quarentine, and Certificate thereof, fuch Ship (hall not be liable to any " further Refiraint on the fame Account, i s. each for fuch Oath and Certificate. After Quarantine, Goods " &c. (hall be opened and aired as his Majcfty fhall direct ; and on Proof thereof fuch Goods, C3'r. fliall " be discharged. In Times of Infection the King may by Piv-clamation prohibit Veffels under the Burthen " of 20 Tons from failing out of any Port in Great Britain, caV. till the Mafter has given ijoo/.
