And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That one Moiety of all pecuniary Penalties How the Forfci- and Forfeitures impofed by this Act, where the fame fliall exceed five Pounds, fliall be to the Informer or tujes fliall be ap- Profccutor, and the other Moiety to the Poor of the Parifli or Place where the Offence fliall be committed ; plled * ni r "°" and fuch Penalties as are not herein directed to be otherwife recovered, fliall be recovered by Action of Debt, Bill, Plaint or Information in any of his Majefty's Courts of Record at TVeftminfter, for Offences committed in England, Wales or Benvick upon Tweed, or in his Majefty's Court of Seftion, Court of Jufticiary, or Court of Exchequer in Scotland, for Offences committed in that Part of Great Britain, together with full Cofts of Suit, by any Perfon or Perfons who fliall fue for the fame within fix Calendar Months next afcer the Offence committed ; and that in any fuch Action or Suit no Effoin, Protection, Privilege or Wager of Law fliall be allowed, nor any more than one Imparlance. Perfons convict V.
