III. And it is hereby enacted by the Authority aforefaid. IV. Provided always, and it is hereby enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That this Act, or any Thing Not to prejudice therein contained, fhall not extend or be conftrued to make void, alter or prejudice any Difpofition, Ap- any former Dif- propriation, Appointment, Matter or Thing whatfoever contained, faved, excepted or allowed in any for- pofitlons ' &c * mer Act or Acts of Parliament, of or concerning any the Revenues, Duties or Branches aforefaid, or in any Manner to prejudice any Penfions or Annuities charged and to be paid out of the faid hereditary Re- Venues, or any of them, by or in purfuance of any Aft or Acts of Parliament, or by Virtue of any Grants ' or Letters Patents made or granted by any of his Majefty's Royal Predeccflbrs, Kings or Queens of this Realm, but that the fame Difpohtions, Appropriations, Appointments, Matters and Things fhall continue and be in Force, and fhall take Effect and be obferved, as if this Act had not been mnde; and the faid laft mentioned Penfions and Annuities fhall remain due and fhall be paid, but fhall not be deemed or reckoned to be Part of the faid yearly Sum of feven hundred thoufand Pounds, during his Majefty's Life. V.
