" And it is further ordered, That when any Money (hall hereafter be directed to be laid out on Govern- Money directed " ment Securities, the Species of the particular Securities, in whuh the fame fhall be directed to be in- "° bl:lald ' ',' vefled, be for the Future mentioned in the Order: And in cafe any of them (hall confill of Eafi-Indla^"^ " Bonds, South-Sea Bonds or Exchequer-Tallies and Orders, the fame fhall be delivered in at the Bank, of " which Delivery fuch Certificate fhall be given to fuch Mafter, by one of the Cafhiers of the Bank as " aforefaid, and proper Entries thereof fhall be made in the Account of the Mafler mentioned in fuch Or- " der ; and if any fuch Securities fhall confift of Stock in any of the faid Companies, fuch Stock is to be " transferred to fuch Mafter, who fhall make a Declaration of Truft in the Companies Books, That the " fame is fubjeit to the Orders of this Court, and fhall take a Certificate thereof from the proper Officer " of the refpective Company, and likewife enter the fame into his Book at the Bank, that the Bank may " receive the Dividends thereupon, and fhall alfo make a Report of all fuch Securities; which Certificate " and Report fhall be filed at the Report-Office, and therein mention and fpecify the fame Dates and Num- " bers of fuch Bonos, Tallies and Orders, and Quantities of Stock, and of the Time of the Transfer of " fuch Stock to him, and the Clerk of the Report-Office is to enter the Dates, Sums and Numbers of the " Bonds, Tallies and Orders, and Quantities of Stock in fuch Report mentioned, in the proper Mafler's " Books kept there. " And for afcertaining the Times for the delivering out and taking in of Bonds, Tallies and Orders, by Wednefdaysai I " the Bank, It is hereby ordered, That the fame fhall be fo taken in and delivered out, on tVednefdays and Fridays appoi.nt- " Friday!, in every Week, between the Hours of Ten in the Forenoon and One in the Afternoon, and the «1 for taking m Mafter fhall receive from the Suitor the ufual Fees for making the Report and filing the feme, and no"^^ 1 ^ more, and fhall anfwer the Fee for filing the Report to the Report -Office. " And it is hereby declared, That fuch Certificate fhall be an Authority to the refpective Companies, to His certificate permit the faid Mafler, or other Perfons by them lawfully authorized, to transfer fuch Stocks, of which JuflicieniforMa- Transfer the Mafter is hereby ordered and directed to make his Report, and procure the fame to be filed tots- to transfer, in the Report-Office, for the making and filing of which R.eport the Mafter fhall receive from the Suitor the ufual Fees, and anfwer the Fee for filing of the Report to the Report-Office; and the Transfer of fuch Stock fhall be certified by the Mafler to the Bank, in order that fuch Stock may be difcharged out of the Account of the Mafter in his Book there.
