An Act for the more efFeftual preventing the Importa- tion and Wear of Foreign Embroidery and Brocade, and of Gold and Silver Thread, Lace or other Work, made of Gold or Silver Wire manufaftued in Foreign Parts. 37, An Aft for the better fecuring his Majefty's Duties arifing upon Coal, Culm and Cinders, exported beyond Sea. 38, An Act to prevent the Mifchiefs which may happen by keeping too great Quantities of Gunpowder in any one Place, or carrying too great Quantities of Gunpowder together from one Place to another. 39, An Act for enlarging the Powers granted by an Aft paffed in the ftxteenth Year of the Reign of his prefent Majefty, for repairing the Road from Boroughhridge, in the County of Tork, to Catherick in the fame County, and from thence to Pierfebridge on the River Tees. 40. An Act for enlarging and maintaining the Harbour of Ramfgate, and far cleanfmg, amending and preferving the Haven of Sandwich. 41.
