CAP. XXX. An Aft for encouraging the People known by the Name of Unkas Fratrum, or United Brethreity to fettle in his Majefty's Colonies in America, HE RE AS many of the People of the Church or Congregations called the Unitas Fratrutn or United Brethren, are fettled in his Majefty's Colonies in America, and demean themfelves there as ' a fober, quiet and induftrious People ; and many others of the fame Perfuafion are defirous to tranfport ' themfelves to, and make larger Settlements in, the faid Colonies at their own Expence, provided they may ' be indulged v/ith a full Liberty of Confcience, and in the Exercife of the Religion they profefs ; and feve- ' ral of the faid Brethren do confcientioufly fcruple the taking of an Oath, and likewife do confcientioufly
