' that fuch Perfons might be enabled to fign their Confent to the Certificates for difcharging fuch Bank- ' rupts from their Debts l' For Remedy whereof, and in order to prevent the like fraudulent and wickedperfons rwe^iin" Praftices for the future, Be it enafted by the Authority aforefaid.
