MOST Gracious Sovereign, we your Majefty's moft dutiful and loyal SubjeiSls, the Commons of. Great Britain in Parliament aflembled, being defirous to raife the ,Refidue of the neceflary Supplies which we have chearfully granted to your Majefty in this Seffion of Parliament, by Ways and Means the leafl: burthenfome to your A-lajefly's SubjetSs, and at the fame Time to make further Provifion for the Re~ dudlion of the National Debt, have refolved to give and grant to your Majefty for thoferurpofes the feveral Sums herein after mentioned ; and do therefore moft humbly befeech your Majefty, that it may be enafted ; and be it ena£led by the King's moft Excellent Majefty, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords.
