That the Rules herein 'the Half^pay. sfter prefcribed fliall be duly obfervcd in the Application of the faid Half-pay ; that is to fay. That no Per- &ci8C7«, J. fon fhall have or receive any Part of the iame, who was a Minor, and under the Age of hxteen Years, at c. 22. the Time when the Regiment, Troop or Comp.-tny, in vi'hich he ferved, v/as reduced ; that no Perfon {hall hr " " ' " ' ------- .nient, who has any Ecclefiaftical Benefice in Great Briluin or Ireland, fhall have or receive any Part of the laid Half-pay ; that no Perfon ihall have or receive any Part of the fame, who has refigned his Ccrnmiffion, ind has had no Commiffion fmce ; that no Part of the lame fhall be allowed to any Perfon by virtue of any Warrant or Appointment, except to fuch Perfons who would have been otherwife intitled to the fame as reduced OiBcers ; and that no Part of the fame fiiall be allowed to any of the Officers of the five Regiments of Dragoons, and eight Regiments of Foot, lately difbandcd in Ireland, except to fuch as were lately taken ofr the Ellablifhment of Half-pay in Great Brttain. ii Geo 2. c. 23, ' XIV.
