- be hindered by Indifpofition or Avocation from being all of them prefent at fuch Elections of Truftees;

And whereas by an Aft pafted in the laft Seffion of Parliament, intituled, Jn Acl for the fdtling ' andifcertaining the Fees to be taken by Clerks to the Ju/iices of the Peace, it is thereby enaifted, That the ' Tables of Fees therein required to be made and approved by the Juftices of the Peace at their rtfpective ' of Fees made, lettled and approved, or to be made, fettled and approved by the Juftices ot the Peace for Tables of Fees < the County of Middlefex ;' Be it therefore enacSted by the Authority aforefaid. And, for the Relief of any Perfon or Perfons, who through Ncgleit or Inadertency have oirittetl to pay the feyeral Rates and Duties, or any Part thereof, upon Monies given, paid, contracted or agreed for, with or in relation to any Clerk, Apprentice or Servant, who hath been put or placed to or with any Mafter or Miftrefs, to learn any Proftflion, Trade, or Employment, and to haxe fuch Indentures or other Writings wiiich contain the Covenants, Articles, Contrafts or Agreements, relating to the Service of fuch Clerk, Apprentice or Servant, fta;nped witliin the Times by the feveral Adts of Parliament for thofe Pur- pofes refpeitively limited, or who have alfo in like manner omitted to inf.rt and v.-rite in Words at Lergth, ' iniuch Indentures or other Writings as rJorefaid, the full Sum or Sums of Money, or any Part thereof re- ceived, or in any wife direiStly or indirectly given, paid, or agreed, or contracted for, with, or in relation I'pon Payment to every fuch Clerk, Apprentice or Scrvan^t, as aforefaid; Be it enacted.
