An Aft for granting to his Majefty the Sum of one Million, to be raifed by a Lottery. i- W Mojl Gracious Sovereign, E your Majefty's mofi: dutiful and loyal Subjefts, th; Commons of Great Britain, in Parliament . . affembled, being defirous to enable your Alajefty to augment your Forces by Sea and Land, and to take fuch Meafures for the Security of your Majefty's Dominions, as may be necelfary in the prefent Con- junfture, have freely and unanimoufly refolved to give and grant unto your Majefty for thefe rurpofes the One Million Sum of one Million, to be raifed in fuch Manner and Form as is herein after direfted, and do therefore granted to his moft humbly beieech your Majefty that it may be enafted ; and be it enafted by the King's moft Excellent Majefty.
