C. 20. 6ii and may be levied by Diftrefs and Sale of the Offender's Goods and Chattels, by Waii-ant or Warrants it-.w- ledt.i by under the Hand and Seal or Hands and Seals of fuch Juftice or Juftices; and in cafe no fiifficient Diftrcfs DiftrefsandSMc, can be found, then it {hall and may be lawful for fuch Juftice or Juftices to commit fuch Offender or Of- '-' ■ fenders to the common Gaol of the County or Place where fuch Offence fliall be committed, for any Time not exceeding three Months, nor lefs than one Month.
