That the faid" Governor and Company of the Bank of England, and their Succefibrs, notwithttanding ihe Redemption of ail or any their own Funds in purluance of the faid Ails for eftabliQiing the fame, or any of them, (hall continue a Corporation till all the faid feveral Annuities fhall be redeemed by Parliamei.t, accord- ing to the Provifoes herein before contained in that Behalf ; and that the faid Governor and Company, or'any Member thereof, (hall not incur any Difability for or by reafon of their doing any Matter or Tiring in purfuance of this A^ft.
