And whereas by the Definitive Treaty of Peace between his Majefty and the Crowns of ' France and Spain, ratified the tenth Day of March one thoufand feven hundred and fixty-three, ' the Iflands of Guadeloupe, Marie Galante, Defirade, Martinico, and Goree, are ceded to France, ' and all that his Majefty had conquered in the Ifland of Cuba is ceded to Spain, and the Term of ' eighteen Months to be computed from the Day of the Ratification of the faid Treaty, is thereby ' allowed to Britifl) Subjects to tranfport their Effects from thofe Iflands : And whereas the Produce ' of thofe Places imported into this Kingdom, after the Reftitution thereof to France and Spain, will
