(c) provide for any saving, transitional, and other consequential, incidental and supplemental provisions that are necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Act.

Presentation to Parliament

39. All regulations made under this Act must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.

PART 8
AMENDMENTS TO OTHER ACTS AND FINAL PROVISIONS

Amendment of Land Titles Act 1993

40. Section 29(1) of the Land Titles Act 1993 is amended—

(a) by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c)(ii);
(b) by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (c)(iii) and substituting the word “; and”; and
(c) by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (iii) of paragraph (c), the following sub-paragraph:
“(iv) any encroachment notice issued under section 12 of the State Lands Protection Act 2022 in respect of the land unless the information specified in the encroachment notice is no longer current,”.

Amendment of Parks and Trees Act 2005

41.—(1) Section 4 of the Parks and Trees Act 2005 is amended by deleting the words “and 42” in subsections (6), (7) and (8) and substituting in each case the words “, 42, 42A and 42B”.

(2) Section 42 of the Parks and Trees Act 2005 is amended by deleting subsection (3).

(3) Part 7 of the Parks and Trees Act 2005 is amended by inserting, immediately after section 42, the following sections:
