DIVORCE
There are no general statistics of divorce from year to year. A few of the States report them annually. The only report comprehending the whole country is for the twenty years from 1867 to 1886, inclusive, the results of an investigation by the United States Department of Labor. From this report the movement of divorces for that period is taken and shown in the following table :
