I now, my Lords, beg leave to return warmest thanks for the great indulgence which I have experienced this evening. The sentiments which I have delivered against the Bill are the pure dictates of my conscience; and I am highly flattered by the patient hearing, which your Lordships have given me in the discharge of the duty which I owe to my King and Country.
