TO THE SACRED HEART.
edge Thy sublime majesty, which deserves the adoration of heavenly spirits, with whom I unite in praising and glorifying Thee. O Sacred Heart of my Redeemer, essentially united with the eternal Word, possessing all His eternal and unspeakable perfection, the love and joy of the Blessed Trinity; to Thee I address my supplications; to Thee I offer myself. To Thy honor and glory I consecrate all that I am and have, now and forever. Inspire me with words, O sweetest Heart, to praise Thee worthily; give me a heart which will love Thee as it should; mercifully accept me as a victim which may burn with Thy love, now and forever. Amen.
