R. It is meet and just.
It is truly meet and just, right and salutary, that we should always, and in all places, give thanks to Thee, O holy Lord, Father Almighty, eternal God. Through Christ our Lord, through whom the angels praise Thy Majesty, the dominations adore, the powers do hold in awe the heavens, and the virtues of the heavens, and the blessed seraphim, do celebrate with united joy.
