- 9 bean cakes
- 1 pound Chinese ham
- 1 pound shrimp
(a) Remove the thin outer layer from the bean cakes,
(b) Cut the ham and the shrimp into ¼ inch cubes.
(c) Boil all together in a pan of primary soup until the shrimp turns red.
(d) Add Chinese gravy.
Garnish with parsley.
