SPICED PORK WITH GRAY POTATOES

- 1 pound spiced pork
- 2 cups gray potatoes
- A few Chinese onions
(a) Cut the pork and the potatoes into pieces 1 inch by 1 inch by 1½ inches.
(b) Cook the pork, the potatoes and the onions in plain water in an oiled pan for ½ hour.
(c) Add Chinese gravy.
