He was condemned for conspiring high treason with Perkin Warbeok(«) (a Fellow Prisoner) 21, was executed 24 Nov. 1499, on Tower Hill, aged 24 and unmarried, and subsequently (19 Jan. 1508/4) attainted. At his death all hie honoura became for/eiUd, his sistor Margaret,(^) afterwards (1518), restored as Countess of Salisbury, being his sole heir. He was 6ttr.
