Herts, formerly of the province of Rohilkhunda, India, merchant, by Jessie King, da. of Daniel Lade, of Dalblair, co. Ayr. She was b, 26 Dec. 1857, and bap. 7 Feb. 1S5S, at St. Jude's, Glasgow. Famihj estates— -These, in 18S3, consisted of 4,500 acres in Oxon, 900 in P.ucks, S10 in co. Leicester, 300 in co. Stafford, and 230 in co. Warwick. Total 0,740 acres valued at £S,S09 a year. Thomas Stonor, in whose favour the abeyance of the Barony of Camoys (of which he represented an eighth part) was terminated in 1839 after a lapse of above 400 years. Anthony George Wright, afterwards Biddulph, of Biddulph and Burton, b. 20 April 1785. In 1839 he represented one- eighth part of the Barony of Camoys, viz. a moiety of that fourth which had vested in the family of Goring.
