He was taken prisoner at Kenihvorth in 1264, by Prince Edward, aud his lands forfeited, lint they were redeemed, and he rf. possessed of them in 1276. He d. 1276. Etch. 5 Ed. I. Barony by writ. Formal proof of his full ago was made at Corby, 14 Feb. 1308/9, but at his age of 4 years Royal ;issent was given, 10 Feb. 1291/2, to his marriago with Margaret, da. of Robert dh UFFOBD, who brought him the manor of Weston, co.
