George Brooke, 4th s. of William, Lord Cobham, and had issue. (2) Ami m. Sir Drew Drury ; (3) Frances m. Francis C'oppiuger, whose descendant (of West Drayton, Midx.), took the name of de Burgh ; and (i) Katharine m. Thomas Knyvctt, whose h. gen. is Lord Beruers. On 13 Jany. 1G37 Edward Burgh of Stowe, co. Lincoln, " Esquire," s. and h. of Richard B., who was s. and h. of Henry B., both <rf the same (the said Henry being a yr. s. of Thomas, 3d Lord Burgh) entered his pedigree at the College of Arms, as " now heire male to that faniilie." ( c ) Maud, his da. and h. was then aged 5 years. She m. fivatly Walter de Paveley (who it. 1329, leaving issue, afterwards extinct) and secondly Thomas de Aldon, whose 8. and h., Thomas, became h. to the land* of Burghersh and to any Barony cr. by the writ of 1303.
