He m. secondly, about 16;>0, Elizabeth, 1st da. of Henry (Grey), 1st Earl of Stamford, by Anne, 3d and yst. da. and coheir of William (Cecil), 2d Earl of Exeter. He d. 8 Aug. 168 1, and was bio: at Bowdon. Will dat. 1 Aug. 1671 (sic), pr. 4 Jany. 1698/9. His widow d. 4 Jany. 1690/1 at Oldficld Hall, near Bowdon, and was bur. at Bowdon. Will dat. 6 Oct. 1690, pr. 2 June 1699. IT. 16SL 2. Henry (Booth), Baron Delamer of Dun ham Massey, s. and h., by 2d wife ; 6. 13 Jany. 1602. He was, 17 April 1690, cr. EARL OF WARRINGTON, co. Lancaster. He d. 2 Jany. 1693/4. HI 1694. 3. George (Booth), Earl of "Warrinoton and Baron Delamer of Dunham Massey, n. and h., 6., 2 May 1675, styled Lord Delamer, 1690-94. Nathaniel (Booth), Baron Delamer of Dunham to Massey, cousin and b., being 4th but only surv. s. and h. of the Hon. 1770. Robert Booth, D.D., Dean of Bristol, by Mary, his 2d wife, da. of Thomas Hales of Howlets, Kent, which Robert was s. of the 1st Lord by his 2d wife. He, who was b. 1709, was, in 1765, appointed chairman of the committees of the House of Lords. He m. 26 April 1743, at Hauip- stead, Midx., Margaret, da. of Richard Jones of Ramsbury manor, Wilts. He d. s.p.s. 9 Jany. 1770 when the Barony of Delamer became extinct, but the Baronetcy [1611] devolved on his cousin and h. male, on whose death (7 Nov. 1797) it also became extinct. Will pr. Jany. 1770. His widow d. 29 July 1773.(°) Her Will pr. Aug. 1773. V. 1796. 1. George Henry (Grey), Earl of Stamford, s. and h. of Harry, 4th Earl of Stamford, by Mary, only da. and h. of George (Booth), 2d Earl of Warrington and 3d Baron Delamer of Dunham Massey, above named, was cr. 22 April 1796, BARON DELAMER OF DUNHAM MASSEY, co. BARON DELAMERE OF VALE ROYAL, co. Chester.( b ) He m. 17 Dec. 1810, Henrietta Elizabeth, yst. da. of Sir Watkin Williams- Wynn, 4th Bart., by his 2d wife Charlotte, da. of the Rt. Hon. George Grenville. She d. 18 Aug. 1852, aged 65, at Vale Royal. Will pr. Oct. 1852. He d. 30 Oct. 1855, after a long illness, at Hereford street, Hyde Park, aged 88.
