K.B., 10 Jan. 1791, being invested as such at Berlin 1 Jan. 1792 (inst. 19 May 1S03), becoming, in Jan. 1815, G.C.B. ; Minister to Vienna, 1793-99. He appears also to have been Ambassador to Madrid on two occasions, viz., 17S7-S9 and 1794-95. P.C., 1794 ; K.R.S., &c. She, who was 6. 10 June 1757, d. 20 Aug. 1821, at Hertford street, Mayfair, Midx., and was bur. at Watford, co. Northampton. He d. 0 Dec. 1830, aged 78, at Gumley Hall, co. Leicester, aud was bur. the 13th at. Watford. Will pr. Jan. 1831. II. 1830. 2. Ch.), 24 Oct. 1807 ; B.A., 1811 ; M.A., 1814 ; Barrister (Line. Inn), 1814 ; sometime a Commissioner in Bankruptcy; one of the Masters in Chancery, 1820. M.P. for Fowey, 1S20-30 ; sue. to the peerage [I.], 6 Dec. 1830 ; took by Royal lie., 31 March 1831, the name of Henley in lieu of that of Eden. He to., 11 March 1824, at Drayton Basset, co. Stafford, Harriet Eleanora, 3d da. of Sir Robert Peel, 1st Bart., by his first wife, Ellen, da. of William Yates. He d. 3 Feb. 1841, aged 51 (after a long illness) in Whitehall Place, Midx., aud was bur. the 10th at Watford afsd. Will pr.
