Robert (Carey), Baron Hunsdon, cousin and b. male, being only P. and b. of Sir Horatio Oirey, Col. in the Army, by Petrouilla, da. of Robert Haihunoton, of Durham, which Horatio (who was living rampant " (which was that of Lady Hunsdon aa on her husband's monument) does not even appear among his quartering!!. In a vol. (marked with a star, pp. 137 — 13SJ, among Philpot's MSS. in the Coll. of Arms, Lady Hunsdon's parentage (as in the text) and her pedigree on both sides is fully set out, her father being s. and h. of William Morgan, of Arkeston, who was b. and h. of David Morgan, by Mary, da. and coheir of ( — ) Delahey, of Arkeston afsd., while her mother was da. and h. of Sir Robert Whitney (by Sibell, sister of Sir James Baskei villc), which Robert was s. and h. of James Whitney, by Blanche, da. and coheir of Simon Milborne, of Tillington, co. Hereford. This, probably, is her correct pedigree.
