(<:) This title was chosen inasmuch as his then wife was, thro' the families of Byron, Milhankc, Noel, and Lovelace, a descendant (her mother being the representative) of the family of Lovelace, Barons Lovelace of Hurley. ( d ) This was in consequence of the death (16 May I860) of the suo jure Baroness Wentworth, his late wife's mother, who was heiress of the Noel estates in Leicester- shire.
