( e ) " He styled himself Earl of Boulogne, Warren and Mortaigne, but does nut appear to have used that [i.e., the stifle of Earl] of Surrey. - ' [Court/tope.] ( r ) His effigy iu armour "from his seal" is engraved in " Doyle." In 1153 (six years before his death), he was nearly killed by a fall from his horse " super Berehamdoniam," iu sight of his father.
