She, who was b. 10 June 1812. d. 20 Feb. 1S59, aged 47, at 26 Curzon street, Mayfair, and was bur. at Barnwell afsd., but removed to Brampton, co. Huntingdon. He m, secondly, 27 Dec. 1865, Blanche, 2d and yst. da. of Francis (Egerton, formerly Lbvfson-Gowkr), 1st Earl of Eli.ksmere, by Harriet Catherine, da. of Charles Ghevillk. He d. 3 March 1SS4, at 46 Grosveuor square in his 73d vear and was bur. at Brampton afsd. Will pr. 22 May 1884, above £338,000. His widow, who was b. 22 Feb. 1832, d. s.p. at 17 Charles street, 20 March 1894, and was bur. at Brampton, VIII. 1884. 8. Edward George Henry (Montagu), Earl of Sandwich, Viscount Hinchinbuokk and Bauon Montaou of Saint Neots, 1st s. and h. by first wife ; b. 13 July 1839 in London ; styled Viscount Hinchinbhoke till 1884 ; ed. at Eton ; sometime (1857-81) an officer in the Greu. foot guards being Major therein, 1881-84, aud Col. in the army, 1831 ; Attache to (■) In right of this M ary, who was coheir to her father, himself a coheir (see p. 16, note " b," sub "Saint John ") of the Barony of Saiut John de Basing, the succeeding Earls of Sandwich are representatives of a fraction of that Barony.
