He w., istly, 22 Dec. 1832, (spec, lie.) in Hamilton Place, St. Geo., Han. Sq., Maria Harriet, yst. da. of Henry (Conyngham), ist Marquess Conyngham [I.], by Elizabeth, da. of Joseph Denison. She d. s.p.m.s., 3 Dec. 1843. He m., 2ndly, at the British Embassy, Paris, 16 Oct. i860, Maria Georgiana Elizabeth, only da. of Herbert George Jones, Serjeant at Law, by Maria Alicia, 2nd da. of Sir George William Leeds, ist Bart. [18 12]. He d. at Waterloo Crescent, Dover, Kent, 7, and was bur. 13 Dec. 1873, at Kents- town, CO. Meath. Will pr. 20 Jan. 1874.
