Beaven writes when criticising Dugdale'd list,not easy to prove a negative, but two things are certain, (1) that this Ulick, if he ever was sum. to, never attended the above Parliaments, nor is his name on the lists of peers in the Journals, during the continuance ; (2) in 3 Car.
