Africa with distinction, at first in command of the loth Battalion, and in Mar. 1900 of a Yeomanry Brigade, with the temporary rank of Brigadier General in the Army; Queen's medal and 2 clasps.^") P.C. 24 July 1901; Lord in Waiting to George, Prince of Wales, 1901 till his death. He m., 13 Nov. 1877, at Eccleston, co. He was killed while hunting with the Pytchley hounds near Daventry, 9, and was bur. 14 Nov. 1907, at Latimers. Inquest at Holdenby House, Northants. Worcestershire Regt. She d. after a few hours' illness, of heart failure, at Boughton Park, Northants, 12, and was i?ur. 17 Jan. 1911, at Latimers. Will pr.
