TEM, Anent the fecond article, concerning the ordour of Juftice , Be- caufe our Soveraine Lordismaift defirous to have ane permanent ordour of Juftice, for die univerfall weill of all his Leiges : And therefore tendis to inftitute ane College of cunning & wife men.baith of Spiritual & Temporal Eftate, for doing and administration of Juftice in all civil anions : And therefore thinkis to be chofen certaine perfones maift convenient , and qualified therfore , to the number of fourteene perfones , halfe Spiritual, halfe Temporal , with ane Prefident : The quhilkis perfones fall be au- thorized in this prefent Parliament, to fit and decide upon all actions ciyil, and nane uthers to have vote with them , unto the time the faid College may be inftitute at mair leafure. 57.
