Neverthelcs , m feeking letters to be anfwered , and obeyed of the faidis f ruites , they are oftimes hindered throw licences purchafed of OUR SOVERAINE LORD to the faidis perfones, departing and remaining furth of the Reaime for divers zeires , without skaith or danger to be incurred be them in their perfones, livings, gudes and geare. And now willing to have the fame reduced to ane lawer price, without lofie of his Hienes fubjects, or zit to the Parteneris and Takkef-men underwritten, quhilk they find can not be done, gif the Contract, maid anent the fame Cuinzie, be fuffered to have further effect and execution.
