IT Is alwayes hereby provided, that if the proportion payable at the Martimas yearly, be payed before the laſt ot November the ſaid year, and that the proportion payable at Whitſonday, be payed before the laſt of June, the ſame ſhall be ſufficient. And it is hereby Declared, That all perſons having real Eſtates of Lands, Teinds, Annualrents due by Infeſtments, Tack-duties, Few-duties, and others of that nature, are, and ſhall be lyable to the foreſaid ſupply, unleſs the granters of the ſaids Rights, be oblidged to relieve the receivers thereof, of publick Burdens, and all other Impoſitions of this nature; Excepting alwayes ſuch real Rights and Infeſtments of Annualrents as are ſecured to the Creditors by their Debitors, for which they have only their ordinary Annualrent free, which are hereby declared not to be lyable to any part of this ſupply: Excepting alſo all Rents belonging to Coliedges and Hoſpitals, provided this exemption of Colledges and Hoſpitals, ſhall not burden the Shires for any Rent mortified to them, ſince the year, one thouſand, ſix hundred, fifty ſix. And it is hereby declared, That the Rents of the Archbiſhopricks, and Biſhopricks, ſhall be lyable in a proportion of this Supply, according to the preſent Valuation. And to the end the foreſaid Supply may be duly Raiſed and Payed, the Kings Majeſty, with Advice of His Eſtates, doth Nominat, and Appoint, the Lords of His Majeſties Privy Council, the Senators of the Colledge of Juſtice, within the ſeveral and reſpective Shires, where any part of their Lands or Eſtats ly: And alſo the perſons underwritten, within the ſeveral Shires, to be Commiſſioners to the effect after-ſpecified, viz.
