Dresser and Twine and Sacking Manufacturer, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 5th of February next, at Eleven in the Forenoon, at the Commercial-Rooms, in the City of Bristol, in order to Audit the Accounts of the Assignee of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt under the said Fiat, pursuant to an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts;" and the said. Commissioners Also intend to meet on the following day, at the same hour, and at the same place, to make a Dividend of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the benefit of the said Dividend. And all claims not then proved will be disallowed.

THE Commissioners in a Fiat in Bankruptcy, bearing date the 6th day of September 1833, awarded and issued forth against Edward Emerson and Barnabas Fenwick, of Stella, in the County of Durham, and of the Town and County of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Iron-Founders, Partners in trade, Dealers and Chapmen, intend to meet on the 9th day of February next, at Eleven in the Forenoon, at the Bankrupt Commission-Room', Royal Arcade, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, to Audit the Accounts of the Assignee of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupts under the said Fiat, pursuant to an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts;" and the said Commissioners also intend to meet on the same day, at One in in the Afternoon, and at the same place, to mnke a Further Dividend of the joint estate and effects of the said Bankrupts; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the benefit of the said Dividend. And all claims not then proved will be disallowed.


THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt, bearing date the 2d day of November 1812, awarded and issued forth against James Bradshaw and Robert Bradsbaw, of Lancaster, in the County of Lancaster, Tallow-Chandlers and Copartners, Dealers and Chapmen, intend to meet on the 3d day of February next, at Twelve of the Clock at Noon, at the King's Arms, in Lancaster aforesaid, in order to Audit the Accounts of the Assignees of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupts under the said Commission, pursuant to an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts;" and the said Commissioners also intend to meet on the same day, at the same hour, and at the. same place, in order to make a Final Dividend of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupts; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the benefit of the said Dividend. THE Commissioners in a Fiat in Bankruptcy, bearing date the 17th day of February 1835, awarded and issued forth forth against Ebenezer Crick, of Leamington-Priors, in tbe County of Warwick, Printer, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 3d day of February next, at Three o'clock in- the Afternoon, at the Bath Hotel, in Leamington-Priors, in the said County, to make a First and Final Dividend of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the benefit of the said Dividend. And all claims not then proved will be disallowed.

THE Commissioners in a Fiat in Bankruptcy, bearing date the 13th day of June 1835, awarded and issued against John Martin Wood, of Duke-Street, in the Parish of St. Michael of Coslany, in the City of Norwich, Painter, Glazier, Plumber, and Paper-Hanger, Dealer and Chapman, intend to meet on the 9th day of February next, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon precisely, at the Office of Mr. George Durrant, in Surrey-Street, in the Parish of St. Stephen, in Norwich, to make a Dividend of the estate and effects of the said Bankrupt; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the benefit of the said Dividend. And all claims not then proved will be disallowed.

WHEREAS the Commissioner acting in the prosecution of a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against Thomas Griffiths the younger, of Wellington-Street, in the Strand, in the County of Middlesex, Bookseller and Publisher, Dealer and Chapman, hath certified to the Lords Commissioners for the custody of the Great Seal of Great Britain and Ireland, and to the Court of Review in Bankruptcy, that the said Thomas Griffiths hath in all things conformed himself according to the directions of the Acts of Parliament made and now in force concerning Bankrupts; this is to give notice, that, by virtue of an Act, passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts;" and also of an Act, passed in the first and second years of the reign of His present Majesty, intituled " An Act to establish a Court in Bankruptcy," the Certificate of the said Thomas Griffiths will be allowed and confirmed by the Court of Review, established by the said last-mentioned Act, unless cause be shewn to the said Court to the contrary on or before the 2d day of February 1836.

WHEREAS the Commissioner acting in the prosecution of a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against Thomas Warland, of Steward-Street, Spitalfields, in the City of London, Silk-Manufacturer, Dealer and Chapman, hath certified to the Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners for the custody of the Great Seal of Great Britain and Ireland, and to the Court of Review in Bankruptcy, that the said Thomas Warland hath in all things conformed himself according to the directions of the Acts of Parliament made and now in force concerning Bankrupts; this is to give notice, that, by virtue of an Act, passed in the sixth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled "An Act to amend the laws relating to Bankrupts;" and also of an Act, passed in the first and second years of the reign of His present Majesty, intituled "An Act to establish a Court in Bankruptcy," the Certificate of the said Thomas Warland will be allowed and confirmed by the Court of Review, established by the said last-mentioned Act, unless cause be shewn to the said Court to the contrary on or before the 2d day of February 1836.
