1. If any Creditor intends to oppose a Prisoner's discharge, notice of such intention must be given, by entry thereof in the proper page and column of the book kept for that purpose at the Office of the Court, between the hours of Ten in the Forenoon and Four in the Afternoon, three clear days before the day of hearing above mentioned, exclusive of Sunday, and exclusive both of the day of entering such notice and of the said day of hearing; but in the case of a Prisoner, for the removal of whom for hearing in the country an order has been obtained, but not carried into effect by the Creditors, notice of opposition will be sufficient if given one clear day before the day of hearing.

2. The petition and schedule, and all books, papers, and writings filed therewith, will be produced by the proper Officer for inspection and examination, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, until the last day for entering opposition inclusive; and copies of the petition and schedule, or such part thereof as shall be required, will he provided by the proper Officer, according to the Act 7 Geo. 4, c. 57, sec. 76.
3. Notice to produce at the hearing any books or papers filed with the schedule, must be given to the Officer having the custody thereof, within the hours above mentioned on any day previous to the day of hearing.
4. Opposition at the hearing can only be made by the Creditor in person, or by Counsel appearing for him.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a meeting of the Creditors of John Russ Baker the elder, late of Clanville, in the Parish of Castle Cary, in the County of Somerset, Farmer, late a Prisoner in the Gaol of Ilchester, in the said County, being of unsound mind, who was discharged from the said Gaol under and by virtue of an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the seventh year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, intiruled " An Act to amend and consolidate the laws for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in England," will be held, on Friday the 29th day of January instant, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon precisely, at the Office of Mr. Thomas Guy Wake, of Castle Cary aforesaid, Solicitor, to approve and direct in what manner, and at what time and place, the real estate of the said Insolvent shall be sold by public auction.

WHEREAS the Assignee of the estate and effects of Samuel Norris, formerly of Mill-Street, Conduit-Street, Hanover-Square, and late of Mount-Street, Grosvenor-Square, both in the County of Middlesex, Tailor, an Insolvent Debtor, whose petition is numbered 30,881, has caused an account of the said estate and effects, duly sworn to, to be filed in the Court for Relief of Insolvent Debtors; the Creditors of the said Insolvent are requested to meet the Assignee at the Insolvent Debtors' Court, before the Commissioners, on Saturday the 13th day of February next, at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon precisely, when and where the Assignee will declare the amount of the balance in his hands, and proceed to make a Dividend with the same amongst the Creditors whose debts are admitted in the schedule sworn to by the Insolvent, in proportion to the amount thereof, subject to such correction of the rights to receive dividends as may be made according to the Statute.—If any person has a demand which is stated in the schedule, but is disputed therein, either in whole or in part; or if the said Insolvent, the said Assignee, or any Creditor, objects to any debt mentioned therein, such claims and objections must be brought forward at the said meeting, in order that proceedings may be had for the examination and decision of the same according to the Statute.
