Margaret, dau. and coheir of Sir Robert Olney, Knt. of Weston, Bucks. His descendant in the 6th generation, Sir Robert Throckmorton, was created a Baroxet. /2/ John, of Lone, co. Glouc. j. u.; m. Isabel, dau. and heir of Eilward Brydges, of Lone aforesaid. His descendant in the 6th generation. Sir William Throckmorton, of Tortworth,co. Glouc. knighted by James I. created a Baronet 29 June, 1611, e.xtinct on the death of his grandson Sir William, killed in a duel, June 1682. SIR ROBERT THROCKMORTON, of Coughton, created a Baronet 1 Sept. 1641, his estate was sequestrated during the Civil wars, and his house at Coughton pluudereil and used as a garrison by the Parliment forces; d. Jan. 1650, having m. 1st, Dorothy, dau. of Sir John Fortesoue, K.B. of Salden, Bucks ; she d. s. p. 3 Nov. 1617. He m. 2ndly, Mary, dau. of Sir Francis Sniitli, of Ashby Folville, co. Leic. and sister to Charles, 1st Baron Carington (ext.) His descendant in the 6th generation, SIR ROBERT GEORGE, 8th Baronet (on the death of his uncle, Sii- Charles, 1840), of Molland, Devon, M.P.
