Talapa y Gatara: Juan Vásquez; Argonça; Alonso Martin—The encomienda of Talapa y Gatara belongs to Juan Vásquez and Juan de Argonça. It has five hundred tributes, or two thousand persons. They are hostile. One religious might be stationed there, when they are pacified, and who can visit the estuary of Talapanga, which has fifty tributes, or two hundred persons, and belongs to Alonso Martín. It is hostile also.

Lobo: Don Rodrigo Ronquillo; Diego Ronquillo—The encomienda of Lobó, belonging to Don Rodrigo and Diego Ronquillo, has four thousand tributes, or sixteen thousand persons. It is all hostile. For its administration and instruction it requires six religious.

Bato and Masipín: Don Sebastián; Alonso Martin—The encomienda of Bato belongs to Don Sebastián Ruyz Baeza. It has four hundred tributes, and Masipín two hundred tributes, which means two thousand four hundred persons. It is all in rebellion. It might have one religious to minister to both parts.

Caralanga, Yaguan, Ygui, Tagoran, Pagamon: Francisca de Cárdenas; Alonso Vázquez; Alonso Sánchez; Don Sebastián—All the above encomiendas belong to Francisca de Cárdenas, Alonso Vázquez, Alonso Sánchez, and Don Sebastián Ruyz de Baeza. They have about six hundred tributes, or two thousand four hundred persons. All of them are hostile. They might have one religious to administer instruction in them all.
