of members, upon such conditions as the by-laws shall prescribe, who shall be entitled to free admission to the exhibition rooms of the Society at all reasonable times, and the enjoyment of such other privileges as may be permitted by by-law.

Article IV

Section 1. The government of the corporation and the management of its affairs shall be vested in a Board of Trustees, consisting of not less than fifteen nor more than thirty elective members, to be fixed by resolution of the Board of Trustees, and, in addition, the Mayor, for the time being, of the City of Minneapolis, the president, for the time being, of the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of Minneapolis, the president, for the time being, of the Library Board of the City of Minneapolis, and the president, for the time being, of the Board of Education of the City of Minneapolis, ex officio. Said elective trustees shall be chosen by the Governing Members of the corporation at the annual meeting of the members which shall be held at the office of the Society in the City of Minneapolis on the second Wednesday in October.
