Proclamations Proc. 7265 The Bureau of Land Management shall continue to issue and administer grazing leases within the portion of the monument within the Lake Mead National Recreation Area, consistent with the Lake Mead National Recre- ation Area authorizing legislation. Laws, regulations, and policies followed by the Bureau of Land Management in issuing and administering grazing leases on all lands under its iurisdiction shall continue to apply to the re- maining portion of the monument. Nothing in this proclamation shall be deemed to revoke any existing with- drawal, reservation, or appropriation; however, the national monument shall be the dominant reservation. Warning is hereby given to all unauthor- ized persons not to appropriate, iniure, destroy, or remove any feature of this monument and not to locate or settle upon any of the lands thereof.
