Act 5th Geo. III. C. 43, Sect. 19. P. 51.
No maker of hard soap shall use any other kind of vessel for cleansing, or putting his hard soap (whether perfectly made or not) into, when taken out of the copper or other utensil wherein boiled or prepared, than regular square or oblong frames only; and of each such frame, the bottom, sides, and ends, shall respectively be at least two inches thick, and the length shall not exceed 45 inches, nor the breadth 15 inches: Nor shall he use any such frame, till he give no-
